Sorry for not replying earlier - I ended up having to disconnect the HDMI cable from the TV and reconnecting which changed the HDMI connection type or something... regardless, video out is working now out of the onboard Ryzen 2400G video chipset....
Thanks for the help! |

Do you also have a discrete video card installed, or are you just using the APU's built-in graphics output directly?

Brand spanking new ASRock X470 Master SLI/ac
Start Win10 x64 install - everything goes well and I'm booting from SSD on the M.2 slot. Pop the CD in and start the All-in-1 driver install. 10 seconds later - my display goes blank, TV says no signal and I'm screwed. I let it sit for 15 minutes with no change. I force a power restart and get POST, and then the windows logo and then my display goes blank again. Looks like the video driver has decided to switch my video out to something I don't have so I now have no video! yay. I start the entire install again and get back to the point of driver install. This time I download the latest driver from your web site. BAM! same thing happens. I have a Ryzen 5 2400G installed. No other add in cards are present. G.Skill DDR4-3000 DIMMS - no overclocking - all options set to auto Now what do I do? I don't have a monitor - only HDMI to a 1080p TV This doesn't make any sense! Any help would be appreciated! I noticed that I can't perform a BIOS update until the All-in-1 is in place - which is pretty hard to do if you can't see your screen! |
