If You take a closer look at the 990FX Extreme6 and the 990FX Killer,
they are both the same board, one is Fatal1ty branded and Red themed,
and one is Extreme branded and Blue themed.

I think that Cross-BIOS-Flash would work fine, but I don't own
them so I cant test it out... yet!

Thank you for all the advices and, i will probably buy an R9 390X too.  I am addicted gaming girl, GTA V and Witcher 3 my favourites. I like you BEAST Pc.

To keep that cpu-s at stock frecuency's you cand buy that motheboard too.
Has a strong VRM too.

 Searching on Asrock site i found a new motheboard, 990FX Extreme6, and i founded on newegg that it's 129$, 60$ cheaper than Extreme9 and supports also 220W TDP cpu's, Should i buy it instead?

No, it's strong enough may be 5-10% less peformance than on Intel, but not moore.
But the better choice for power consumption if you have an R9 280X it's to sell it and buy an R9 390X instead.

If the Pro had a newer and tweaked BIOS, that would be the better choice.
