B550 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ax freezing

   Issue with B550 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ax and RTX 5070. Wouldn't Post after installing video card. After getting my bios updated from 2.20 to 3.90 I was able to get it to boot.  I am getting random black screen freezes at idle.  Video card runs full speed fans and then it is locked.  Have to hard restart and have had difficulty getting it post again without pulling power or clearing cmos.
