ASROCK b450 Motherboardm RGB Software

   So I recently built my pc, and when i first ran the bios the rgb worked perfectly fine but after installing windows it stopped working. I installed the program for this motherboard but when i open it up it says "This utility is not for this platform!". Ive read other forums and tried fixing it using cmd but it doesnt work either. and i cant seem to find the utility files either. Can anyone help me
