Strange, QVL for Pinnacle lists a PVR kit, while you say you have a PV one. Is this a typo?

You can also try updating your BIOS and clearing the CMOS.

Excuse me for my poor English, I'm going to use Google translator.

I have the following problem, my motherboard does not recognize dual channel, only single channel in 16 GB

In windows I can only use 7.9 gb, the rest is reserved by hardware and I can not use it.

I have put the sticks in a2 and b2, I also tried placing them in a1 and b1 but I get the same result

I restarted my motherboard and did not get a positive result, also in msconfig unchecking a box

I looked at my cpu, no pins are damaged

I do not know what else to do

This is my pc

RAM: Patriot viper siere 4 2x8gb PV416G320C6K
Motherboard: Asrock AM4 PRO4 b450
CPU: Ryzen 2600
PSU: EVGA G3 1000w
S.O .: Windows 10 pro

Thx
