Try uninstalling both, then install the Razer software first, then install polychrome because that worked for me.

Hello.
I recently bought a ASRock B450M Pro4 motherboard. Installed latest 3.1 BIOS on it. I want the Razer Chroma software to control my RGB header lights, but ASRock's Polychrome RGB app doesn't see's Razer software. I have Polychrome RGB 1.0.38 installed and Synapse 3 with Chroma 3 Beta. Razer Chrome sees ASRock, but ASRock doesn't see Chroma. Here's the screenshot of how it looks. As far as I've seen from others, next to "Onboard LED" should be another button to toggle Razer control over the software. ![]() |
