Update:
Successfully got RGB working great again. I found the steps as in following post http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=4537&PN=4&title=rgb-led-issues. After flashing the RGB chip, all is good. |

I got the steel legend B450M motherboard just a week ago and the lights worked great. But suddenly the lights on the chipset heatsink and I/O shield are flickering like crazy along with rgb fans connected though the RGB1 header. ARGB works fine on its own but when sync to motherboard, it has the same flickering going on. BIOS have been updated, issue still remains.
