Posted before about not being able to to reduce core voltage through p-states and an OC. Turns out Asrocks p-state system is buggy/garbage...

I put in values for a 3.7ghz, and a hex value of 38 for a max voltage of 1.2 on p-state 0 - I leave all other p-states to auto and the computer wont boot.

If I put the same values for p-state 1 - the computer boots and is stable, but this is useless as then the core will not downclock (it is but the settings are the same)

How can a computer run stable at 1.2v with IBT on a manual OC and fail to boot WITH THE SAME SETTINGS on a p-state.

Your (ASROCKs) p-state system is absolute garbage on this board - honestly this is the last ASROCK product I'm ever going to buy. Surly I'm not the only one with this problem?
