B450m Pro4 BIOS 3.40 Memory issues

   After upgrading to the 3.40 BIOS in preparation for my 3700x upgrade, memory overclocking no longer seems to work. It isn't that I'm getting bluescreens or anything, but rather that the XMP Profile literally does nothing. RAM is stuck at 2133Mhz no matter what I do. Nothing changes. I don't have the 3700x and am still using my 2600x.

What's the deal? Buggy BIOS? Anyone else having this issue?
