Dear Nayeli,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

In regards to this case, we have some suggestions for you to verify:

1. Please enter the BIOS setup and press [F9] to load BIOS default setting.

2. Uninstall the Intel driver by below methods:
a. From control panel > program
b. From Device Manager > right click the Network adapter to uninstall LAN driver.

After uninstall the driver, please restart the system and reinstall below LAN driver to verify.

3. If possible, please fresh install a Windows 10 OS and test with inbox LAN driver to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

Hello guys,

My X370 itx/ac network port cannot pass 100Mbit using win10 OS.
i have tried Cat5E and Cat6 cables, same result.
I just get this board this week but the LAN issue is really annoying.
Maybe it is a fault motherboard?
