Guess it's dead, I tried that to, no luck. But the weird thing is, I bought this mb in May, around 20th, and it's dead so quickly :/
Thank you for all your help

Yes, it could be a dead port.
But give it another try:
Under windows in the device manager, check if the realthek can be found. If yes, manually remove the device (or devices, if there are more than one) in the device manager. Reboot and see if the realthek shows up as a new device. If yes, try to install the driver again.

Thanks you for advice, but when I opened bios, everything was already the way you told me to set it. I just hope that the port didn't die :/

Can you check your connection with another device?
Do you have working WiFi using the same connection?

Go to the Bios from your B350M PRO4:
- Advanced\South Bridge Config:
Deep Sleep: Disable that
If present:
WAN/LAN device: Enable that
- Advanced\AMD PBS:
If present:
LAN Power Enable: Enable that

Hello,

I have problem with internet connection. I bought this motherboard B350M PRO4 (https://www.asrock.com/mb/photo/AB350M%20Pro4(M1).png) two months ago, and ever since it's been working pretty good, but ten days ago I lost internet connection. I contacted my internet provider, and today finally they fixed the modem, but the problem is that my motherboard still doesn't recognize network adapter/card. I have tried literally everything I could think of. I took off RAM for about 1 hour, I reset motherboard's battery, I rebooted modem, I bought new ethernet cable, I did windows 10 clean installation again, I tried reinstalling drivers, deleting them and trying to install new ones, but still, no connection, and this keeps poping out (http://prntscr.com/ohq13p). I beg anyone for help, I am desperate, I use internet for work, and it's very important to me. Help, please ASAP!
