As far as I remember the first two are the ones feeded by the Ryzen on die SATA, the other ones are additional.
In case you want best performance take the first two. |

Are the SATA ports SATA_A1 SAYA_A2 different than the SATA3_1 SATA3_2 SATA3_3 SATA3_4 Just curious why there name is A1 and A2 Thanks |
