1.     Clear CMOS to load BIOS default.
2.     Only install one stick memory to each memory slots to try.
Also, please provide your CPU and memory model name.

	After putting everything together and powered on, the fans came on and all seemed ok. I turned off the power to move to my desk and connect monitor, keyboard and mouse to image the HDD. After connecting the power and turning on, the board lights and blinks blue. Fans will no longer power up. I have tried reseating everything. The CPU socket doesn't appear to have any pin damage. ASRock Z390 Extreme4 1151 pin i7 2 - 16G DDR4 RAM Slots A2, B2 Masterwatt 650 80plus Bronze PS 4- 4TB HDD 1 250GB SDD
