Compatible motherboard Asrock with modern graphics

Good day! I hope very much for your advice. I have the motherboard Asrock P55 Extreme + CPU Core i5-760 (overclocked to 4 Ghz) + Kingston DDR3-1600 RAM 12 Gb + Crossfire pair of HD6870 + PSU Chieftec APS-850C + Window 7 64 bit. After the release of GTA 5 and Fallout 4 realized that it was time to do the upgrade, going to buy R9 380. Actually the question is whether this card to work on my materinkskoy board (whose extreme BIOS 10-year) and the CPU? Thank you in advance for your answers!
