I figured out how to get past this. While creating the Windows partition, I had to change the disk from MBR to GPT. Instructions here were generally good:

I created a RAID 1 array in the BIOS RAIDExpert tool. But, it's coming up as a Boot disk option.

I can start the Windows install process and get as far as the Disk Selection screen. When I load the drivers from "SATA Floppy Image ver:9.2.0.120", the Windows installer sees the RAID array disk. Windows can even partition out some of that disk. But, it won't install b\c (paraphrasing here) "BIOS says that is not a valid boot option."

Hardware:
- X570 Taichi
- Ryzen 3600x
- 2 x Samsung 860 1TB SSD, plugged into SATA 3 and 4

Does anyone have advice on what I am missing here? How do I get the BIOS to recognize the RAID array that the BIOS created?
