Hello Everyone!
A timeline of my struggles:
Last night - I installed a raid array on the LSI 9260-4i just fine.
I installed Windows 7 Pro from usb just fine.
I installed updates last night and left it on to finish.
I set the power plan to high performance and turned off the sleep options so it wouldn't stop.
This morning-  machine that is off and non-responsive. ( No fans or hard drives running)
I have removed the LSI raid card.
I have attempted to reset the BIOS twice with no change.

There is a green led next to the ATXPWR1 plug that flashes quickly as power is turned on and slows after a few seconds to a pulse.

It would be nice if there were a guide somewhere to explain the flashing green led codes.

Edit - Scratch the flashing green led.  I swapped the power supply and now it is solid green.
Still no fans or other signs of life.

Any ideas?
