I'm having trouble setting a static clock for an Intel i5-9400 (non-K) running on a H370M Pro4. I can only get the CPU to clock up to 3.89GHz, even though it should go up to 4.10GHz, and I can't figure out why.
I've already tried ThrottleStop, checking boxes "Clock Modulation: 100.0%" and "Set Multiplier: 41 T" but it didn't help. I'm not trying to overclock, I just want to set a static clock to the maximum Turbo Boost frequency. I haven't tweaked a CPU since the G3258/i5-4690K generation so I'm not familiar with all of the newer BIOS/UEFI settings. What should I be looking for? |
