Did you reset the BIOS using CLRMOS jumper after flashing BIOS as described on page 19 of the manual ?
Did you use a flash drive larger than 16GB ? Have read of many failures in flashing with 32Gb or larger flash drives. Renaming the BIOS file will not help to reflash a bad flash. Hello,
I have a B360 Pro4 and have done a bios update with the instant flash tool DHCP. After the tool had downloaded the update it wanted a usb-stick to install the update. I plugged in an empty fat32 stick and the system then continued the update. After rebooting the system, the screen remained black and now only clacking noises are heard from the internal speaker. I was hoping there is a crashless feature and I tried to install the bios file "B360P4_4.20" (after I renamed it to "B360P4_4.rom") with a usb-stick. Unfortunately without success. What else can I do? |
