Get the cheapest cup listed on the QVL. Use it to flash the bios.

Is it possible to update the BIOS without a CPU?
MY friend purchased the Z930 Pro 4, and a 9700kf processor and he's not posting.
I think he's running an old bios revision that does not support the CPU.

Is there a way to update the BIOS without a CPU installed?
