Recommendation Z390 Tachi Ultimate or Pahtom X/7?

   Hi guys. I am thinking to buy the model Taichi ultimate or Phantom X but I read in Tomshardware Taichi model not is the best for overclock and they say Phantom is a few better.

I not will need now to do OC and I not kow if I will ned, but I prefer buy the high model if realy have best performance.

What do you recommend?
