Dear Chipette,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

For your question, we provide some suggestions for you to verify:

1. Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default settings via [F9] key.

2. Under BIOS setup > H/W Monitor tab, please adjust the CPU and chassis Fan speed to "Full Speed" to improve system heat dissipation.

3. Only install basic device; CPU, one stick memory and system disk to verify.

4. If possible, please install another memory module or change another SSD/HDD with clean OS installed to verify the storage data.

5. If possible, please install a graphics card to improve system performance.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

Hi,
Two weeks ago, the B450M Pro4 keep crash when playing a game within 5 minutes.
And I sometimes have BSODs when doing basic loading like open utility or browser in Windows10. I already update to latest 3.10 BIOS no success. Onboard 2400G to use, no VGA card.
I'm a rookie so I already out of ideas about it.
Please help my case. Thanks in advance!
