AB350M HDV fan control

   I have a problem with fan control on my AB350M HDV motherboard running ryzen 1600 Win 10.

I have 6 Corsair SP120 fans hooked up with a six way splitter to CHA_FAN 2. However all fans run at 1650 RPM and I can't lower the speed. I tried just connecting a single fan to the header instead but I still can't control the fan speed. Am I doing something wrong?

Any help is appreciated
