ASRock 970M Pro3 DIMM installation

   Hi,
New here. Hello everyone   

I just installed an ASRock 970M Pro3 into my aging set up

AMD Phenom II X4 955
Nvidia GTX460
2 x 4GB Corsair DDR3-1333Mhz (CL9-9-9-24 1.50V)(originally purchased when I built the system)
2 x 4GB Ripjaws DDR3-1600Mhz (CL9-9-9-24 1.50V)

Windows 10 only registers 8GB of Ram installed. is it possible to run both sets and have windows 10 recognize 16GB of Ram?
