This is a Asrock security feature for the prevention of unauthorized bios updates...
![]() Sorry, now without joke: Just to be sure: Did you unzip the downloaded file? Just to test if the stick is usable by the bios: Can you make F12 screenshots to the stick if you are in the bios? (In the hope that the bios supports that...) But, what CPU are you using? 5.50 should be the best for Zen and Zen+ (Gen1 and Gen2) CPUs, 5.80 if you have an Athlon 2xxGE series APU and everything higher only for new Matisse CPUs. |

hi
i am trying to update the bios on this motherboard but it does not detect any update files on any Fat32 usb stick i care to put in it. can anyone shed any light on this? i'm trying to see if memory capatibility improves when it does. |
