z390 Extreme 4 Will Deep Sleep cause no boot

	Hi I want to enable deep sleep to turn off power to my usb ports when computer is off, but I read some posts that says deep sleep makes it so computer won't turn on anymore without resetting bios. Is this the case with the z390 Extreme 4 on the 4.20 bios? I don't want to have to reset the bios because it's under the videocard.
