Why Doesn't ASRock List Memory for AMD A series ?

   Hello,

At the moment, I have AB350M Motherboard with A10-9700 AMD Socket AM4 A-Series APUs (Bristol Ridge) cpu.

But at the Compatibility Page for this Motherboard, they only list compatible memory for Pinnacle Ridge, Raven Ridge and Summit Ridge.

I am having difficulty with very slow Benchmarks with A10-9700 cpu and Corsair LPX DDR4 2400 and maybe I have installed incorrect RAM for this Motherboard when A10-9700 cpu installed, but I cannot find compatibility list for that RAM when that series CPU installed.

Is there a reason they do not offer Memory Compatibility for A Series CPU?
Does anyone know where to find compatibility for AB350M RAM when A10-9700 cpu installed?

To be honest, I have installed and tried other RAM and all RAM I try is very slow.  according to Benchmark and I do not know why.
