i am not sure if there is an option on the board to enable it or is it a hardware problem? looking for a positive response

Guys, for issues like this please open a support ticket with ASRock Tech Support:

The forums can't help you with physical defects. This is a community forum so if
your problem has a user level solution this is a great place to find it but if the
issue is with a cosmetic item like an OLED display or RGB lighting on the board
you need to contact ASRock's Tech Support department so they can help you.

I also have the same problem. the OLED is not displaying on the motherboard.

I recently got this motherboard. September 2020

My computer was off long time today I power it on or it's on but inside the motherboard there is an status OLED Is not on in motherboard . I did not know why it did happen please tell me why is not working
