lol..yea it's a cheap build so i yolod it.
If it matters I have the ram in slots A2, B2

I'm not too familiar with this stuff, but you did open my eyes a bit to google around to learn.
Bios has the ram at 2133 and voltage@1.20v.

Question..
Should I always at least be at the voltage that the ram sticks say ( in this case 1.35v ) ?
Or is it more of a playing with the voltage/mhz and running test little by little.

i guarantee you its the ram

yolo hahaha, hope thaiphoon can identify the ICs and you can set them accordingly

since i've never heard of these rams im guessing they are UTT or rejected

either way your approch should be identifying the ICs then use dram calculator to set better timings than the xmp. but since they are possibily UTT/rejected you may have to bump the voltages up to get them stable

New pc build, no apps installed yet freezes so often.
I have clean installed about 7 times now.
I cannot update windows because it just freezes midway the download every time.
Bios came with version 3.60 ( even though on the site it's not recommended to flash to this version.)
Should I upgrade to the latest or downgrade to 3.5?

My build is :
Asrock b450m Pro 4
Ryzen 1600 af
XFC Radeon rx 570 4gb
Samsung 970 evo plus nvme
OLOy 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model MD4U163216CGDA
