M.2 Issue

   I have an Asrock Phantom Gaming ITX/TB3 with a sabrent Rocket 512GB M.2 nvme installed. My issue is the speed of the nvme when writing. I am only achieving 500MB but the drive is advertised as up to 2000mb. I achieve up to 3000mb read speed without issue and Sabrent are telling me there is no issue with the drive but something seems amiss.

Would anybody be able to help point me in the right direction in the BIOS where i can check to see if the settings are correct for the mobo?

Any help would be greatly received.
