I'm having the same problem with my Fatal1ty Z370 Professional Gaming i7.

It used to work. Now I don't have mouse or keyboard until Windows 10. I can use the restart to UEFI tool, but same thing. No mouse or keyboard in the BIOS.

I haven't been brave enough to clear the CMOS. I'm scared to death that the mouse and keyboard won't work still, and then I won't be able to set the CMOS to even be able to boot any longer.

Were you able to solve this, @futurejump, or anyone else have an answer?

Based on another, more recent post, I did try removing the videocard, and using the onboard video, but behavior was exactly the same.

Hi,

i suddenly have the problem that all my usb devices only start working at the windows 10 login screen. Therefore i can't access the bios. With the "restart to UEFI" tool i am able to access the bios but i cant change anything because keyboard and mouse are not working. I tried multiple keyboards, i used them before in the bios so i know they should work. I didn't change any setting. If i Clear CMOS with the Jumper the keyboard and mouse are working fine. But once i boot into windows and then reboot the pc the problem appears again. So i have to clear the CMOS every time i want to change something in the bios. Can you help me?
