Hello everyone,
I bought a X570 Phantom gaming X, it comes with two CPU connectors (ATX12V1 and ATX12V2). Is it necessary plug both sockets or
I can leave the 4-pin connector (ATX12V2) empty?

I sent an email to the technical support and I am still waiting for the reply so I found some forums where people talk about this 4 pin connector, some say it's just for overclocking or big PCI graphics card.

I tried to plug only the 8 pin connector and leave empty the 4 pin, the computer it doesn't start, for a second every fan spin and they stop .

I use a Vultech GS 1000r extreme PSU (1000W) , is this one the problem?
And if it's the problem, can you suggest me some PSU with 2 EPS?
