It appears that there are two different Ryzen 3 3200G CPUs: YD3200C5M4MFH, & YD320GC5M4MFH. The first one requires at least BIOS version P5.90; the second requires version P6.00. So I believe you need the later BIOS.

Hello everyone,
i am looking for some information and help. I ordered a ASRock AB350M Pro4 AM4 board and a Ryzen 3200g. I used a 1200 to get the BIOS to 5.90 as that is what ASROCK shows is needed for the 3200g. After I installed the 3200g the board will not post. Everything turns on then restarts after 30 seconds and loops. I reinstalled the 1200 and it posts right away. Things i tried: Re seating RAM Left power unplugged and CMOS out for 1 hour resenting processor is the 3200g not support by this board or do i need to get to a newer BIOS? Thanks for the help! |
