They are so bad and even not upgrading this bugy and cheap software. it's good that you can use razer chroma but in my polychrome software, there is no option or tab for chroma sync. I messaged them many times but they didn't reply.

Yesterday I found out there was a new version came out (v2.0.66). I was so excited thinking my posted bug was fixed but nope! The bug is still there! What is Asrock doing??

Surely I am not the only one who is having this bug. Here are a couple of Reddit posts I found having similar issue.

Reddit post #2

But they don't use Razer Chroma so I can't speak for them. Maybe they just don't care about the bug and just control their RGB using the bios. BUT I care! I don't spend this much money on a motherboard to have this kind of bug. Maybe for some people b450m board is cheap but I am not a rich guy.

Here is a Reddit post which is mainly for troubleshooting

Reddit post

I quote the last part which says "Bad LED"

"In the C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin folder is a writefw file. open a command line to the folder and run the file. it will reset your firmware however the flickering if left on static will probably return. Ive had to leave my on slow breathe so it doesnt happen."

What does that mean? It means the bug is still there since forever! Come on Asrock please fix this bug.

Hey everyone. I am having this bug which happens randomly. Mostly within 1 hour.

As you can see in the picture above my case fans are having 2 colors which are supposed to be blue (like the Wraith Prism). This happens while using Razer Chroma. I read on the internet even without using Razer Chrome this will happen too? I don't know. Of course I could run the WriteFW.bat in the Polychrome Bin folder that will fix it, unfortunately the bug will happen again usually within an hour. I have tested both stable v2.0.38 and beta v2.0.63 version they have the same bug.

Is there any other way to fix this other than WriteFW method?

Asrock technical team if you read this please fix this bug. Or make a software just for passthrough for us Razer Chroma users instead of having to open that buggy Polychrome software to use Razer Chroma. Why not do it like Wraith Prism software you can just enable Chroma and forget. You don't even have it open to sync it with Razer Chroma.

My board is B450M Steel Legend with 2.90 Bios

Of course there is another bug of Polychrome not detecting my ram after a few reboots. But that is another story. At this point I gave up and just reset my ram to rainbow mode.

Thanks in advance
