Thank you for your reply. Regarding the link you provided, it is a SATA M.2 SSD and cannot support at DeskMini A300. Thank you for choosing ASRock. Regarding your case, DeskMini A300 have two M.2 slots and can only support PCIe M.2 SSD. Please help to check your SSD is PCIe or SATA type M.2. Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD |

Bought a new Asrock Deskmini A300w. Have everything installed. Problem is, my system absolutely WILL NOT recognize my Western Digital Blue 250GB M.2 SSD in either slot! Thought it was defective. Returned for a new SSD of the exact same brand & model.... same thing! Neither Windows 10 set-up, nor does the Bios recognize it either. Again, tried both M.2 slots.
Whats going on? Any help would be appreciated. |
