Ok, found the issue. For some reason the DVD included with the motherboard does not have all of the drivers necessary. I had to download the "Floppy RST" driver pack, extract it to usb and point the installer to that and then it found the intel device appropriately. I must have missed that one when I downloaded the drivers initially.

I forgot to mention, the bios is currently at 1.50. I know there's 1.90 available, but wasn't sure if it was required.

I have a newly built system that i'm attempting to install off of the Windows Server 2012 R2 dvd. once I click "Install", it processes for a bit and then pops up stating it's missing drivers. I inserted the Asrock CD and it finds the Intel and Marvel devices, however neither one are successfully installed and returns to the screen on the attached screenshot.
I downloaded every SATA driver package from your website and placed it onto a USB device (after extracting the drivers), but the installer cannot find any devices at all compatible with those drivers. I've tried turning off Marvel boot device and ensured both the optical drive and harddrive are on the Intel-based ports. Any suggestions on getting past this step? |
