I have a z490m pro4 motherboard in a Cooler Master MB320L case with intel i7 10700k, The front panel audio doesn't work even though I have installed the realtek driver from the support page. What am I missing?

Also I have B450 pro4 in a cooler master mb320l (same case) with ryzen 2700x, the front panel works fine in this.
