Dear Makona,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. ASRock RGB LED Utility version 1.0.24 is not the correct version for B450M Steel Legend. To flash RGB LED firmware of this motherboard, please refer to following steps. 1. Uninstall the ASRock Polychrome you are using in Control Panel and make sure the ASRRGB folder is disappear. 2. Install ASRock Polychrome RGB ver:2.0.71 utility from below link. https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450%20Steel%20Legend/index.asp#Download 3. Type "CMD" in search bar and right click to choose "Run as administrator". 4. Go to RGB app installation folder by typing "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin" 5. Flash the RGB chip using the following command "WriteFW.bat" After step 5, kindly wait about 30 sec and the FW flash will be finished. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

I am using ASrock RGB LED Utility version 1.0.24 but it cannot work well on my B450 steel legend. Search on internet and find out flash LED firmware can solved the problem. Please help to provide the SOP so that I can do it in home directly, thanks all. OS is win10 64bit.
