Issue solved, DVI port has much stronger output 1080p/60Hz works without any problems.
Had to buy DVI->HDMI adapter (5$ in local shop, 1.3$ on aliexpress :) )

I got Kramer cable, one of the best I could find. ATI video card handled it without any problem. That's Intel that saved 10ยข on HDMI transmitter.

While not being an apologist I've found 20-30' to be the max HDMI runs, whether inside the wall or not. And those were with BlueJeans best Belden cables
That you previously managed 33' is awesome, notwithstanding. |

N3700 looked like perfect motherboard to upgrade my HTPC, but after I connected my projector to it - i found out HDMI output is to low to work with my Kramer flat 30ft HDMI cable.
Cheapest ATI 4550 card had no problem in the previous setup. Checked output with my DELL Latitude E7440 - it works in 1080p@24hz mode, with some sparks - but works. N3700 - no picture at all. Tried to use Display port - works at 1080p@24hz, but with some sparks in the picture. Need to test DVI output. Adding USB3.0 problem with WD hard drives - upgrade is really disappointing.
