Ab350m bios update

   Hi , i have a ryzen 3 1200 , but recently bough a ryzen 5 3600 , so i start to update the bios ,  i read that in order to support the 3600 , i need to do few steps , so i update to 3.20 , but now i can no loger update furder , im trying to update to 5.40 or 6.20 but it says no image file detected,  i format the usb and extract the zip and nothing, also i tried Internet flash but it says that there are no new updates available. 

So then i put the 3600 in my pc with bios version Ab350m P3.20 , but it just in a boot cycle.
