Sleep mode & Wake On Lan

   There are a great many posts regarding ASRock mobo's not able to enter sleep mode and not being able to WOL when powered off. Many of the recommended fixes specify BIOS settings that are not showing in my BIOS. What is going on with ASRock? Is there no one that knows how to fix this product or identify the correct settings.
My system will not go into sleep mode from the power menu or from the Power button on the machine or from any other method!!! ASRock B450M Pro4, RYZEN 7 3700x, Windows 10 Pro
