Asrock Z270 PRO 4 audio

   I always had this problem with my motherboard.
On board jack audiu is very quiet.
Front panel case audio is better.

I realized it now beacuse i reinstalled my father pc, and i plug in my headphone,  the sound is waaaay better and louder(Asus M3N-HT DELUXE)<---XD, older=better.
Any fix, ideas?
