Too. You might want to look as I believe using 2GB and 4GB sticks of memory in combination/tandem will invalidate Dual Channel Memory. |

Meh, updating the BIOS on this board in concerns won't hep.
IDE is old tech and as such is I'm sure already well taken care of in whatever BIOS you have running. Jumpers man. Jumpers. :) |

Yes. You probably need to set the jumpers seeing they are IDE drives.

Hi!! It worked! I connected a 2nd 6-pin and it worked. But i have one more problem now. I have 2 drives 1 HDD IDE 1 CDRW IDE Both connected by the same cable to the board. When i start computer, it stops a little after ram check OK. After detecting the drives, it just say that can't find any devices. Do i need to change jumpers on the HDD?
I haven't yet tried to start pc with only hdd... (not at home). BTW the PC is not for me, it is for a friend. Many thanks. |

Yes. 2 are req'd, A 4-pin Molex to 6-pin will work. In now looking at some pics of what came with your PSU, you should have maybe received two of those molex to 6-pin cables/adapters. That quote of yours here above in this post was deleted. Though, not before reaching my Inbox. Can I assume you have a 2nd 6-in powering the card now and your problems are gone? Doesn't that card req two(2) 6-pin power connections?
Your Tacens MP600 only has one(1) 6+2, yet you need tw0(2) 6-pin to power the card. |

Hello everyone,
i just bought one motherboard Asrock 980DE3/U3S3 and mounted the following components: Power Supply Tacens MP600 600w Phenom II X4 965 BE 6Gb ram 1 HDD IDE 1 CDRW Sapphire HD 6850 Toxic Edition My problem here is that this VGa when installed seems not having too much power (even with 1x6+2 cable connected). I tried install one vga (old) XFX (not remember which model) with 256Mb and it worked I tried install another vga Asus 6800EN with 512Mb Ram and DIDN't work too... Can someone tell me if the problem is bios or the power supply?? Many thanks.
