Negatory. The only storage I have hooked up is the nvme ssd(in the M_1 slot). And the m2 ssd(in the M_2 slot) There are no sata drives or sata cables plugged into the motherboard.

Well, the Team Group MS30 (TM8PS7001T0C101) isn't on the QVL for storage devices .. Doesn't automatically mean it won't/shouldn't work ..

That being said .. are you using SATA drives at all?

Per manual
*M2_2 and SATA3_5_6 share lanes. If either one of them is in use, the other one will be disabled.

Before anyone asks, yes it is in the right spot. I have an NVME in the M_1 slot, and a Team Group MS30 1 TB Sata 3 SSD in my M_2 slot. The Card itself shows a steady blue, and red light when powered on. I've tried everything but updating the BIOS(a little hesistant to do so). The Asrock support team has been no help this far so I wanted to ask what should I do? Is the SSD not formatted for this board in particular yet, or is it just faulty. Keep in mind I've checked windows(disk management) to see if the drive was unallocated, but it wasn't there. Lastly, my BIOs is at version p1.10 (6/12/2020). Its about 3 updates back. Appreciation in advanced, thank you.
