Thanks you for the reply. Didn't realize Radeon Software had the same capability.
There appears to be lots of conflict between the Tweak and Radeon (and even within Radeon between Global and Game Specific). Sometimes one stops controlling. I've been able to get it to at least change now and keep it adequately cool. All though I often have to change things in multiple locations to get it to perform as expected. |

Dear Dredvard,
Thank you for choosing ASRock. Please adjust the fan curve by ASRock Tweak Utility our Radeon Software to try. Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD |

I recently purchased a RX 5700 XT. The fans were very loud. I was using the Asock Tweak Utility to adjust the fan speeds. I selected silent mode and it dramatically lowered the volume (and the speed), but when I played a game I noticed the temperatuer were getting to high for my liking (98C+). So I returend to custom profile and nothing I could do would adjust the performance of the fans. Fixed 100% or 50% left the fans at 2000 RPM. Customized profile did not have an impact.
How can I adjust the GPU fan profile so that it can safely play operate it without it getting into dangerous temperature ranges? |
