Dear Duckster,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.
Regarding your case, which CPU are you using?
If Matisse CPU is installed, the PCIe speed can be adjusted at AMD PBS page.
If Renoir CPU is installed, the default PCIe speed is at Gen 3.

We also provide some suggestion to try.
1. Download and install the latest AMD graphics driver from AMD site.
2. Install the graphics card to PCIE3 to test.

Thank you!
Yours truly,
ASRock TSD

[Motherboard : ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4]
[GPU: AMD Radeon 5600xt]

Hello! I am currently having an issue with certain games where when they are opened up and go to full screen, it seems as if my monitor can not find an input (even though my graphics card is plugged in). I contacted some people to see if they had a similar issue or a fix for it and people were saying to change my PCIe from gen 4 to gen 3, the problem would be fixed but there is no setting for me to change it between gens only the amount of lanes [?] (x16 to x8x8).
