B550M Pro 4 stuck because ram OC

   hey,

I recently updated my bios version to 1.70
and then I want to OC my RAM (which run normally on default bios), and now bios seems stuck at black screen.
usually at default bios, system will try until 5 times and then reset.
but in this bios, system didnt try to reset and just stuck.

should I downgrade my bios version? and is that safe to do?
