Z490 Taichi and 10850K

Hello,

First time to post :)

I have a new build with a Z490 Taichi and an i9-10850k CPU

Could you please tell me how to enable Quick Sync in the BIOS.

I did this, perhaps its not correct.
Enable IGPU in the BIOS then I went to primary graphic monitor and changed it from PCI Express to the onboard.

Please advise and thanks in advance :)
