I got another SSD to test, and it didn't work either. With that I conclude that the problem is really in the motherboard.

If you are put it on the main m.2 slot check the FCH or something at the bios for the pcie gen, usually the option is only : auto, gen 1, and gen 3, force it at gen 3.

If you see gen 2 option, that's the wrong option, check other place

Sorry it's NBIO not FCH

Promontory is for secondary slots coming from chipset. (Secondary pci, secondary m.2, etc)

The problem is my motherboard, I tested the SSD on a friend's laptop and it worked correctly :(
Now I will wait for asrock to answer the ticket, but probably the answer will be that they do not support this brand.

Yeah, the only way to find out if SSD is faulty is to check on another PC.
When Asrock motherboards have issues with SSDs, they usually refuse to even see that SSD.

2.5Gbps is ~250MB/s :D

I think that might be faulty SSD. You don't have any other PC at fiends or anywhere else to test?

Also, just for kick and giggles, could your run crystal disk mark with 50MB and 500MB sample sizes (instead of 1GiB you have selected now), you can set number of tests to 2 instead of 5. Also if you could monitor temperatures of that drive while it is being tested, that would be great as well
