Hey guys, I got a good deal on a Hyper Quad M.2 drive since I have so many NVME's for work (video editor). What I didn't realize was that the lanes need to run in 4x4 bifurcation to work. I could set my lanes 4x4, but wouldn't I then be taking away 75% of the power from my graphics card (Radeon VII)£ I have a 3900X chip, if that matters.
Is there any other configuration I could run with the x570 Creator that would sufficiently power the graphics card and the Quad M.2£ As is, with the lanes set to "Auto" in Bios, I can only see 1 of 2 NVME's currently in the Hyper M.2. If I ran them in a RAID configuration instead, would that work£ Thanks, P.J. |
