Try starting with single RAM module in a second slot from the CPU side. Disconnect everything except CPU, RAM and GPU

	Hi, I bought an ASRock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4 and it won't start. Athlon 200GE processor. I tried to poke the video card and RAM - it does not respond. On the board, the red LED is blinking and that's it. All components are checked on another computer - everything works.
